Joining Ascension in their peerless endeavor here are The Magus (Necromantia, Thou Art Lord, Principality of Hell) and Mors Dalos Ra (Necros Christos), who both respectively provide guest vocals on The Dead of the World. Album des Jahres vielleicht nicht, aber Black Metal-Album des Jahres wäre absolut möglich. Die beiden Songs der EP sind wieder großes Kino.

Den Eindruck habe ich auch. Schade eigentlich, aber dann kommt mir von ihnen auch nichts ins Haus, ob ich da nun ein "Mimimimi...." hier oder ein "linksgrün versiffter Gutmensch" da hören bzw. lesen darf.

Hat bei mir damals irgendwie extrem abgebaut. Das Demo finde ich nach wie vor klasse, aber das Album war mir dann doch zu normaler Orthodox BM. Vielleicht habe ich mich an dem Genre aber auch einfach nur satt gehört..

Angesichts der Consolamentum endlich mal wieder ein Album, bei dem die Vorfreude tatsächlich groß ist.

Artwork ist auch sehr gut gelungen.

Ich warte darauf, das neue Album besprechen zu können, kenn es also noch nicht. Aber die EP ist schon ein ziemlicher Killer. Wenn das ganze Album das Niveau der zwei Songs hält, könnte es auch besser als das Debüt sein.
