Colts GM Ballard confirms the assistant coaches the Colts have hired are staying: “We will not abandon them. They’re good coaches, good people and good developers of men.”

In addition to that, Ballard also sent a firm message to the Patriots as he wrapped up his unusual press conference:
"The rivalry is back on..."

Aber jetzt mal ernsthaft: was kann ihn dazu bewogen haben, den Job als HC nicht anzunehmen, sondern bei den Patriots zu bleiben?
Richtig: die Info zu erhalten, dass er HC bei den Pats wird. Wenn nicht nächste Saison, dann spätestens die darauf.
Und was wäre es für eine Wendung, wenn die Patriots - weshalb auch immer - dann das gleiche bei ihm machen sollten.

Das glaube ich ehrlich gesagt weniger, der Gedanke ist mir aber auch schon durch den Kopf. Der Druck ist da allerdings auch nicht kleiner. Aber nach der Aktion ist das wohl auch für ihn die einzige verbleibende Karriereoption. Wer stellt ihn nach der Aktion sonst noch ein?

Fand ihn nicht grade langweilig, aber mir geht's auch so. Brauche nun nicht grade 3 and outs am laufenden Band, aber gutes Defense Spiel finde ich nicht weniger interessant als funktionierende Offenses.
