Marianas Rest

Marianas Rest, a melodic doom metal unit from Kotka, Finland, has been making waves with their heavy, unhurried sound since 2013. Incorporating death-and post-metal elements, their four full-length albums—Horror Vacui (2016), Ruins (2019), Fata Morgana (2021), and Auer (2023)—explore themes of isolation, mental ruin, and the cyclical devastation caused by humanity.Known for their haunting atmosphere and crushing melancholy, Marianas Rest stands out in the doom metal scene. Finland's top metal magazine, Inferno, named Horror Vacui one of the best debut albums of 2016. Often compared to Paradise Lost, Swallow The Sun,and Insomnium, Marianas Rest brings a unique depth and emotional intensity to their music.

Aeonian Sorrow

Aeonian Sorrow is a Melodic Doom Metal project formed by Greek singer/songwriter Gogo Melone in September 2015. Their music combines funeral and spiritual elements, depicting eternal sorrow and human misery. Their debut single, "Forever Misery" (2017), paved the way for the acclaimed album "Into The Eternity A Moment We Are" (2018), known for its cathartic and melancholic sound. After a successful European tour in 2019, the band released the EP "A Life Without" (2020).Following a brief hiatus, they returned with the single "Anemos" (2023) and the album "Katara" (2023), leading to a headline tour and performances at major festivals like Bloodfest in Helsinki, marking a new era for the band.
