Irish Heavy metallers OLD SEASON have announced May 19th as release date of their second full length album, “Beyond The Black”, via Pure Steel Records.

The band was formed in 2003 and released their debut EP “Volume One” the same year and a full length album titled “Archaic Creation” in 2009.

“Beyond The Black” features 9 epic songs with a touch of NWOBHM. With songs usually extending beyond the typical 5 minute mark, OLD SEASON bring fantastic arrangements and fresh ideas to bear in this new collection of songs. Try out tracks like "Scavenger" and "Words From Beyond" for a start. The album closes with the epic 9-minute-long "Nevermore” which showcases all the very best expected from this kind of music.

From the ashes of Karnayna came OLD SEASON to impress audiences in Ireland and beyond with their unique blend of traditional, doom and epic metal.
