Hallo an alle Leichenfledderer und old school Death Metalheads!

Endlich können wir verlautbaren: Das Reissue eines österreichischen Death Metal Klassikers; MIASMA - Changes CD, ist erschienen und es ist sehr gut geworden. Das Artwork der CD ist sehr stark am Original orientiert, beim 16-seitigen Booklet gibt es einige Updates, incl. 4 Seiten Linernotes der Mitglieder der Band, die erstmalig (!) bei einer Wiederveröffentlichung ihres Machtwerkes involviert war. Weiters includiert sind viele vorher noch nicht verwendete Fotos/Artwork. Jede CD kommt mit 2 verschiedenen Miasma Logo Stickern. Für die schnellen Besteller gibt es wenige, sehr limitierte T-Shirts (2 Designs).

Wollte mir eigentlich grad ein Shirt unter den Nagel reißen, aber 10 Euro Versand nach D sind mir momentan etwas zu heftig.

Das Label ist aus Wien/Österreich.. Glaub's oder glaub's nicht, das ist leider die billigste Versandoption überhaupt.. Das Porto bleibt aber für bis zu 25 Kg gleich, darum einfach Freunde fragen, ob sie nicht mitbestellen wollen.. Gibt ja noch andere Dinge im Shop..

Hätte fast vor Kurzem das Südamerika-Reissue (+Love Songs EP allerdings) ebenda geordert. Da ist Österreich doch nen Ticken näher.
Einen deutschen Vetrieb bzw. Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen Mailordern habt ihr aber nicht?
(5€ Versand für die CD alleine sind mMn absolut ok. 10€ sind doch für die Shirt-Kombi und mehr fällig, oder?)

Mal überlegt, Bestellungen zu sammeln und einmal in der Woche nach Bratislava zu fahren, um von dort zu versenden? Aus der Slowakei bis 500 g (sind 3 CDs mit case) € 2,80 nach DE unversichert, € 5,50 versichert. Bis 1 kg (kriegt man auch Vinyl, Shirts etc. unter) sind´s unversichert € 6,90, versichert € 8,80.
Machen andere in Grenznähe auch so. Horror Records (Dänemark) hüpft für den Versand ebenso über die deutsche Grenze wie Hammerheart (Holland). Und das italienische Label I, Voidhanger versendet aus Slowenien.

Danke für die anregungen, aber nach Bratislava zu fahren um pakete aufzugeben ist keine option. Schaut einfach in den shop, es wird bald wieder neue plattengeben, die ihr ja mitbestellen könnt.

Update zur Vinyl version der Miasma - Changes: ES WIRD NOCH DAUERN.

Wir haben bis jetzt mehrere Testpressungssets erhalten, waren jedoch (auch in eurem interesse!) mit der qualität unzufrieden. Wir sind dabei, das presswerk zu wechseln. Einige wochen müßt ihr euch also noch gedulden. Bleibt am laufenden via www.facebook.com/rottenrelics

Sorry, ist nur copy / paste, da wir das schon für ein anderes forum verfasst haben.

People are constantly asking for the "love songs" EP on vinyl. here ist what we think: while 'Love song' is a cool song, it`s 9.30 minutes long. there is a big difference in the sound compared to the 'Changes' LP.
Besides this song there is a live version of an LP song on the EP that has a muddy sound where only 1 bass drum is audible. do you really need that song on vinyl and would you listen to it more often than once? i don`t think so..
The third song is a 3 minute ambient track. it`s cool, but all in all this EP comes down to only one new song.
The band didnt want to have it released - they only wanted the 'Changes' album, and we respect their decision. There are no plans to put the EP out on vinyl, sorry..

One remark concerning the (first) Demo. People showed interest in that one, too. are you aware that all songs are also on the 'Changes' album, but with a much better recording? listen to the songs on youtube and talk to me again after you heard them..

Also, Demo + neuer Track der EP kompilieren auf einer 12". Schade, wegen der EP, der neue Track ist nämlich großartig.

Gibt's übrigens doch jetzt auch in DE: FDA hat die im Programm.

An alle, denen die Portokosten zu hoch waren: Die Distro wächst stetig. Vielleicht ist mittlerweile noch die eine oder andere Platte/CD dazugekommen. Das Porto nach Deutschland beträgt für Bestellungen größer als nur 1 CD (€5) pauschal €10, egal, wie viele Artikel. Ein Besuch im Shop zahlt sich aus!

Miasma T-shirts werden auch schon knapp in den meisten Größen, wer noch überlegt, sollte jetzt zugreifen..

Update

We are waiting for the Miasma LP testpresses, they should still arrive in 2016. If we can approve them (fingers crossed) we will open the pre-order for those asap.
The pressing will be 100 on color vinyl, 400 on black. About half of the shirts we made are still available, but some sizes are running low.

The CD sold well and i noticed that a few distros sold their stock already. We still have copies available, but are expecting to run low on them in a few weeks as well.
Check the store (see post above) and keep an eye on our Facebook site where we will anounce the preorder date. Cheers,

2017 couldn`t have started better for Rotten Relics! The new MIASMA - Changes LP testpressings arrived and they sound excellent! The switch of pressing plants / cutting was absolutely worth the wait and the result is even better than we hoped for! No more crackling, no more surface noise! Just pure listening bliss!!

That means there is no more obstacle in the way and pre-order for the LP will start next sunday, January 15th! Please keep in mi...nd that this is a pre-order, the records still need to be produced, which will take about another 6 weeks. The exact date of release will be announced next sunday, too.

Our bigcartel shop is offline at the moment due to maintenance, but will go online again once the pre-order starts. Lots of records were added so there is a wide range of records to choose from. MIASMA Shirts are still available, too, some sizes are running low, though.
Europeans, keep in mind that there is NO INCREASE in shipping costs if you buy anything else besides a Miasma LP. Assorted stickers will be given away with all the orders, like with all the CD pre-orders last year.

Orders for €80 and up will also get a (rejected, for various reasons) testpress from the 1st, 2nd or 3rd run (you choose..)

There will be 100 copies on clear vinyl for direct mailorders and 400 copies on black wax.

Headbangers!

We can`t believe it ourselves - the obviously cursed (no Morgoth pun intended), official MIASMA - CHANGES vinyl reissue is ready to order in our overhauled shop, starting today!
The LP version of this truly ROTTEN RELIC (catalog #1!) is finally available for pre-order. The final test pressings sound beyond awesome and were totally worth the extra wait/effort/costs. Unfortunately the exact release date is still not fixed yet, but we are expecting to hear about it from the pressing plant next week. We are guessing 6-8 weeks.

Roughly 100 copies on clear vinyl for direct mailorders are exclusive to our shop. Both Miasma t-shirts are still available in all sizes, although some sizes are running low.

We want to point out again that postage costs stay the same no matter how many additional records you are buying for most european orders . As a special incentive orders for €80 and up (excluding postage costs) will also receive a rejected test press from the 1st, 2nd or 3rd run (you choose). Please note there is a limit of 3 color copies/order.
