Ach, mir waren da noc Crossover, D-Beat und Crust in Kopf gekommen,d a gibt es ja auch mal Überschneidungen, war mir dann aber selbst zu doof.

So, meine Liste ist unsortiert beinhaltet Alben und zwei, drei EPs. Ging nicht anders. Es hätten auch noch mehr Alben sein können, aber ich habe mich auf ein Album pro Band beschränkt und außrdem habe ich mich auch nur für Alben entschieden, bei denen ich auch jetzt sofort bock drauf hätte sie zu hören. Daher fallen viele traditionellere Thrash Alben weg, da ich die kaum noch hören mag. Und bei mir geht es von 2000 bis 2015.

Moinmoin zusammen!

Ich hatte ja schon immer ein großes Herz für Thrash und das Zeug ist tatsächlich bis heute meine meistgehörte Stilrichtung. Aber was ich nie wirklich geschafft habe, ist den Anschluss an die Entwicklung nach der Durststrecke in den 90ern zu finden. Und da ich gerade Bock auf neuen Stoff hätte, mal eine ganz eigennützige Frage an die Community:

Was sind eure Top3-Thrashalben dieses Milleniums?

Bitte keine Alben von Dinosauriern wie Exodus, Kreator, Overkill & Co. nennen, weil ich diese vermutlich bereits kenne. Und haltet euch auch nicht mit Geheimtipps auf. Ich hab die Frage bewusst auf nur drei Alben pro Liste reduziert, weil ich mich erst mal nur auf die echten Sahnehäppchen konzentrieren will. Also zählt bitte schlicht eure Bronze-, Silber- und Goldmedaillen auf und fertig ist die Laube. Damit helft ihr mir am meisten.

Thrash hatte für mich seine beste Zeit in späten 80ern und Anfang der 90er und danach ist die Geschichte eigentlich aus erzählt, obwohl ich auch zu 80% dieser Musikrichtung fröne.
