Wenn man Millers trotzige Reaktionen auf den aktuellen Shitstorm verfolgt, stellt man sich natürlich schon die Frage, wie es um sein inneres Bestreben nach Dialog und Austausch auch diametral entgegengesetzter Meinungen bestellt ist, wie er es vor gar nicht allzu langer Zeit in diesem, wie ich finde, recht lesenswerten Interview anlässlich der Veröffentlichung von Pillar of Fire vetritt (und zugleich konterkariert, indem er Anliegen von, aus seiner Sicht, Randgruppen und Einzelnen als Symptome sozialer Dekadenz, mithin bedeutungslos und inhaltsleer wertet):

A really interesting thing that goes along with what you were just saying is how the right has reacted to that facade dropping has been largely trying to burn everything down, both in the U.S. and the U.K. Going outright toward xenophobia, toward pulling out of the world. And it’s hard to see how that ends up in a good place.

Yeah, well you know, the thing is it’s almost predictable because what you see is this, as I was saying, this sort of idea about decadence, about social decadence. And there’s almost like, there has to be an interplay of these two ideas, one against the other, which becomes the alt-right, as they call it now, and the extreme left or the Democrat and Republican kind of thing as it is in the States. So they play off against one another, but both parties are scared, and they’re fearful. And they react in different ways. With the right, it’s basically a kind of tough guy thing. It’s saying, “You wanna burn the world? Well, fuck you, we’ll burn it for you, and we’ll destroy absolutely everything rather than let you have your own way.” And you can kind of see the rationale behind that.

I think you need to understand both sides of that spectrum and say, “What is it that these people are missing?” And often what it is, is the most basic thing, which is like, people don’t know how to argue anymore. They don’t know how to sit down and have a conversation and evolve a new idea from that. What they want to do now is say, “You’re full of shit.” – “No, you’re a fucking asshole.” And that’s it. And that doesn’t work at all because it doesn’t advance anybody. And I mean, it’s not a generic hippie idea or anything like that. It’s just, the Greek philosophical idea is based upon dialogue. And you don’t have to be fighting against one another. What you need to say is like, I have this opinion.This guy has that opinion. What can we create which is unique and new in between us? We don’t know how to talk anymore. We don’t know how to argue. We don’t know how to discuss. I think that’s what we miss most of all.

So, just the value of discourse as a constructive social tool. That makes sense.

Exactly. And I think probably poor education is to account for that too and this kind of just … people do get very stuck in their ways, and they can get very opinionated. And they’re not willing to embrace anything that they feel threatened by. And I think from the left and from the right, they both feel threatened by one another. And they can never say, “What is it that we have in common?” rather than, “What is it that separates us?”

I have made a decision about Tau Cross. It is a band that i created and nurtured on my own for one and a half years,in the bitter disappointments of the Amebix break up, i wrote all the original material and retain the band as my own intellectual property,to do with as i wish.

I am releasing Michel Langevin from Tau Cross, he should not be associated with this band in any manner in future,apart from the material that he has contributed,which has always been remarkable,and i have thought of him as a dear friend. however,the association with this Stigma is something people must choose or lose.

Andy Lefton is released with immediate effect, he has managed to embody the twin roles of Victim and Judas on far more occasions now than were strictly necessary,and we share nothing in common anymore,philosophically or ethically.

The remaining members will probably leave of their own accord and are encouraged to do so should they feel pressured,but there is a welcome place her for anyone brave enough to stay.
i will continue this band, even if it becomes a sad one man and a dog cassette making venture,it has never been about fame or money, it is about the journey for truth, the places that takes us and the need to remain true to ourselves. i feel this episode has demonstrated something of primary importance,and these words from the song are both prophetic and illuminating.

Goodbadmusic war ein phantastischer Blog, ein Quell der Freude für jeden Freund musikalischen Krawalls. Musikalisch auch keineswegs unwichtig, der Mann, und ein guter Historiker, auch wenn seine Forschungsfelder für mich nicht so interessant sind. Er blieb zwar - ganz anders als ich - seinen linken Ideen treu, scheute sich aber nicht, sich kritisch mit Teilen der linksradikalen Szene auseinandersetzen.
Und mit seinen Kommentaren auf Tom Warriors Facebook-Site (im Stil von "Was geht mir dieser pubertäre Weltschmerz eines längst Erwachsenen auf den Sack. Zum Fremdschämen!", usw.) sprach er zumindest mir aus der Seele. ;)
Mein Fazit: Lieber widme ich zehn Jahre Keller als eine Minute Miller.

Wie wird man so? Ich weiß es nicht aber es tut mir vor allem für Michel Langevin leid. Hat er echt nicht verdient, sowas.

Hinzu kommt das nicht-umgehen-können mit Kritik an der Person, der Vorgehens- und Denkweise von Narzissten, das sofortige und totale Zurückschiessen inkl. der Möglichkeit in Kauf nehmen, dass hinterher, also nach einem Rundumschlag z.B., nichts mehr ist wie zuvor. Ich habe beruflich allein schon immer wieder mit dem Störbild zu tun, da passt schon vieles, besonders wenn das noch mit wahnhaften paranoiden Vorstellungen etc. gekoppelt ist. Da passen Verschwörungstheorien, Reichsbürgershit, religiöser Fanatismus jeglicher Coleur (so oder so ein prima Nährboden) und auch abstruse esoterische Vorstellungswelten bestens dazu.
 
^Ich antworte mal nur auf den NSBM/Razzia-Teil. Die Faschos, in voller Unwissenheit, behaupten das 80er Jahre Punk keine Verbote kann und immer derbe gegen alles was 'pc' ist vorging. Heute sei Punk hingegen 'linksgrünversifft' und total PC. Quasi Merkels Musik. Deswegen stilisieren sich Teile der Rechten als vermeintlich letzte Erben des Punk. Auch bei gewissen Trolls und DF-Hatern sieht man das, aber auch in Thüringen oder bei KPN. Insbesondere Razzia, Sex Pistols und die Ramones werden als Vorläufer der Retter des Abendlandes in braun ausgemacht.

gerade Razzia, so ein Quatscho_O Es sei erinnert an das erhaben-geile "Neo-Nazi" von der ersten Platten, oder das fast schon intellektuell-grandiose "Krauts" von der dritten.

Das war aber schon Thema bei Bands wie Exploited und vor allem Oi! Bands in den frühen 80ern (die linksgrünversifften Anarcho Punks hatten alles kaputt gemacht usw.). Nothing new under the sun.
