Good news!
Just finished the orchestrations & synths for one of songs on the album I’m currently working on. 470 tracks of just orchestrations & synths. Other songs are well on their way too!
The song is around 10 minutes, has 19 parts altogether and song structure wise it’s a pretty interesting song, something I’ve never done before. For example, it has three different choruses! Well the first two choruses technically are not choruses as they do not repeat in the song, but I still consider them as “choruses” since they both come after a verse and pre-chorus.
The third “real chorus”, the main chorus repeats one time in the song. And even this chorus is not just a copy paste chorus. The second time around it has bunch of melody variations and additional melody lines and harmonies.
The song’s “feeling” is something new, something I’ve never done before. Explored with a lot of new sounds and the composition style is a bit different. The lyrics / story also fits perfectly in the song’s mood / “feeling”. Maybe the best Wintersun song to date!
Here’s the tracks breakdown per part / riff:

And yes, you'll get to hear it soon enough! Still few challenges ahead, but we are on the side of victory boys!

Also verstehe ich das richtig, ein Lied vom neuen Album ist so gut wie fertig verorchestriert, versynhesized, verboombasted oder was auch immer?
