Wichtiger: Am 25. September kommt ne neue Mini-LP der Schweden Vampire, deren Debüt mich vollkommen umgehauen hat. Das Demo, egal ob auf Kassette oder 7" Vinyl, suche ich übrings immer noch. Helft mir, es zu finden - und bietet das Teil an. ;-)

After a couple of months of silence, Swedish death metal tyrants VAMPIRE return with a new sign of life. On September 25th the band will release the 4-track MLP “Cimmerian Shade”. This MLP will be released on 10” vinyl as well as digital download/stream. With “Cimmerian Shade” VAMPIRE continue walking the path they have chosen with their self-titled demo (2012) and last year’s debut album, offering ghoulish, horror-ridden Nordic death metal spiced up with some sinister South American thrash metal parts and an omnipresent eldritch atmosphere. But “Cimmerian Shade” also shows a departure to unconquered shores by adding an epic touch to the music, which so far hasn’t been an essential part of VAMPIRE’s sound. Here is the track list of “Cimmerian Shade”:

Both are limited to 100 copies only and available at CM Distro Europe (golden vinyl) and CM Distro US (silver vinyl) exclusively!"

One of the cultest names in American death metal, Cianide have stuck to their guns for over 25 years now, patiently building a canon that's unrivaled in its consistency and trend-free philosophy. Theirs is a Metal of Death that's simple, straightforward, and effectively primitive: blunt-force trauma informed by Hellhammer and Chicago forebears DeathStrike, but with a sewer-dredging atmosphere all its own. So..., die neue Wombbath habe ich jetzt schon einige Male durch und finde sie ganz gut. 
Für mich auf einer Ebene mit Entrails und deutlich besser als das Debut, mit dem ich bis heute nicht warm werde, weil es mir zu 08/15 klingt. Ich weiß echt nicht, was hier einige haben.

Auf jeden Fall ein sinnvolles Reissue, da die (Lost Horizon-Pressung der) Scheibe zu stattlichen Kursen weggeht. Ich weiß wovon ich rede...
