Absolut gar kein Powerviolence steckt in diesem lahmen Slam/Death Album - selbst der Grind kommt hier zu kurz.Jarhead Fertilizer - Carceral Warfare
Seit letzten Freitag draußen.
Zwei davon spielen bei Full of Hell. Ein dritter hat mal. Das ist auch eher Powerviolence.

Technical, clean execution, blasty, loving it.

3. SULFURIC CAUTERY – Suffocating Feats of Dehumanization (USA, goregrind)
The true heir of the infamous “Putrefaction in Progress”. Has to be consumed in full to experience this to the fullest. And these guys perform live, whoa!

4. EASTWOOD&CHADHEL – split (France&Germany, Canada, grindcore)
Although Chadhel side is intense as a grind side should be, Eastwood’s 6 seizure inducing songs take the cake here. There’s a grindcore band that’s evolving and shaking things up.

5. PUBLIC DEATH – Public Death (USA/international, fastcore/grindcore)
Really fast hardcore mixed with blasts from Wormrot’s drummer. Over-the-top delivery of the vocal lines elevate this to something really intense.

6. ROTTEN SOUND – Apocalypse (no need of introducing)
Their fastest and most to-the-point release since “Cycles” (2008). Finally.

Oh jetzt sogar mit Songtiteln. Im Juli in Tübingen gesehen da sah die Setlist noch sehr amüsant aus mit Arbeitstiteln die den Spielenden Hinweisen darauf gaben wie der Song klingt ("Metal", "Slayer", "Breakdown", ...)Neue frische Band aus Berlin: Botulism; Grindcore mit Death Metal & Hardcore-Einflüssen, haben gerade ihr erstes Album draußen:

Gefällt mir gut, nur die Lyrics lassen mich rätseln. Ist das ein nur Wort? Oder eine Art der Screamings, die es klingen lässt als wäre es die Wiederholung eines und desselben Wortes?

PISSCORPSE haben zwar nur nen mäßig kreativen Bandnamen, dafür aber eines meiner liebsten Grind Alben 2023 abgeliefert. Auch ordentlich Powerviolence Vibes drin, und hier da auch walzenden Death Metal - tolle Mischung also.
