Heathen, eine der unterbewertesten Bands

"Empire Of The Blind" fängt langsam aber sicher an zu zünden. Trotz Wuchtbrummensound. Liegt's an der viel besagten einsetzenden Altersmilde oder am tiefentspannenden Merlot? Gerade läuft "Shrine Of Apathy" und ich habe Gänsedipferl auf den Armen. Was für geile Gesangslinien! Brrrrzzzz.

Bin ich ganz bei dir. Bin gerade in der "Vorbereitung" für das Heathen/Toxik Konzert am Montag. Empire Of The Blind ist wirklich besser, als ich dachte.

Empire of the blind wäre bei jeder anderen Band ein Überalbum. Nur im Heathen Katalog sind halt Monsteralben für die Ewigkeit, an die die Scheibe nicht rankommt.

Ich freue mich ja, dass Heathen mit Exodus in Wiesbaden spielen.

Da hab ich direkt mal wieder die Exod..., ähm, Heathen Scheibe vom letzten Jahr gehört.
Nachdem die damalige Enttäuschung ob der starken Exodus Schlagseite mittlerweile verflogen ist, find ich das Album doch ziemlich gelungen.

Bei Heathen spielt ja aktuell ein Aushilfsgitarrist. Ich dachte, das läge an Lee Altus‘ Engagement bei Exodus, die touren aber auch mit einer Aushilfe. Weiß jemand, was da los ist? Ich habe zwar eine Theorie, aber das ist reine Spekulation und gehört nicht hierher.

Exodus regretfully announce that Lee Altus will not be joining us on our upcoming European tour. Family concerns dictate he remain close to home and being so far away from home is not possible. Exodus stand strong with Lee and will destroy in his behalf, and he will rejoin us for the upcoming tours such as the fall leg of The Bay Strikes Back.
We stand behind our brother in everything and he will be back! Joining us on this trek is none other than Brandon Ellis of The Black Dahlia Murder, so let’s welcome him like one of the Exodus family!
Brandon is one of the sickest guitarists alive and he is going to kill it for certain! See you soon in Europe and the UK! Brandon adds, “I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to get on stage with the legendary dudes of Exodus and crush some open air fests and clubs this July and August. I wish Lee the best and will cover his stage right post with honor and respect!”

Öhm, zwei Shows am Abend dürfte bisweilen etwas anstrengend sein

Kollidiert. Sie treffen sich zwar bei einigen Gigs, touren aber weitgehend parallel.

Klar ist es seine Privatsache, daher schreibt hier ja niemand die Theorie hin. Aber es nicht verboten, hier zu posten.
